Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 12 May 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
Yondervast is a creative production environment. We expect everyone using the Service to do so safely, legally, and respectfully. Below is a non-exhaustive list of activity that violates this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, without refund.
You may not
- Generate content that depicts real, identifiable minors in sexualised or otherwise harmful contexts.
- Produce non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or impersonate real individuals for harassment, fraud, or defamation.
- Create content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against a protected group.
- Use the Service to plan, facilitate, or promote illegal activity, including but not limited to drugs, weapons trafficking, money laundering, or fraud.
- Infringe third-party intellectual property: trademark, copyright, trade secret, or publicity rights.
- Generate CSAM. We use automated detection and report any matches to relevant authorities (NCMEC / IWF).
- Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, RLS, or any technical protection in the Service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our models, prompts, or proprietary system data.
- Resell access to the Service or expose our credits / API surface to your own customers without an Enterprise reseller agreement.
- Send unsolicited marketing email or spam from accounts created on the Service.
- Disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or other users’ experience (DDoS, deliberate auth abuse, etc.).
Brand & identity content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to brand assets, talent likenesses, music, and reference imagery you upload or include in prompts. We will respond to valid DMCA / takedown notices.
Reporting violations
If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email trust@yondervast.ai with the share link or asset ID. Include enough context for us to act without re-victimising the affected person.
Enforcement
We review reports manually and use a graduated response: warning → content removal → temporary suspension → permanent termination. For the most serious violations (CSAM, terrorism, etc.) we go straight to permanent termination and notify authorities.
